1. Data controller
The party responsible for processing your personal data is My Data Intelligence, represented by Emanuel Rojas Cubero, located in Heredia, Costa Rica. For any question about this policy, please write to emanuel.rojas@mydata-intelligence.com.
This policy is governed by Law No. 8968, the Costa Rican Law on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, and its regulations.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide
When you complete the assessment form, we collect: the product you are interested in, your name, your company, your position, your email address, your WhatsApp number, and your answers about budget, start date, physical inventory and number of employees.
Browsing data
Only if you agree, we use Google Analytics to record, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site, which pages they read, what type of device they use and their approximate country or city. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address.
3. What we use it for
- To respond to your request, prepare your assessment and schedule the meeting.
- To send you information related to the service you requested.
- To understand how the site is used in order to improve it (only with your consent).
We do not use your data for personalized advertising or to make automated decisions that affect you.
4. We do not sell or share your data
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties. To operate the site, we use providers that process data only on our behalf and according to our instructions:
- Google (Google Workspace and Apps Script): stores the answers to the assessment form.
- Google Analytics: measures visits to the site, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Microsoft (Bookings and Teams): schedules and hosts the assessment meeting. On the demo page, Microsoft Power BI displays the sample dashboard.
We would only provide data to an authority when required by law or a court order.
5. Cookies
A cookie is a small file that the site stores in your browser. We use the following:

Analytics cookies are only activated if you click "Accept" or enable them in "Settings". If you reject them, Google Analytics does not load. You can change your decision at any time:

6. How long we keep it
Form data is kept for as long as there is a business relationship or as long as it is needed to handle your request, and for no more than two years after the last contact, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. Google Analytics data is kept for the period configured in the tool.
7. Your rights
Under Law 8968, you may at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct any data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data when it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw the consent you gave us.
To exercise these rights, write to emanuel.rojas@mydata-intelligence.com with your name and your request. We will respond within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (PRODHAB).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: the site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form data is limited to the people who need it to assist you.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. If there is any difference between this English version and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
